"Where is your store located?"

We are located at 1529 J Street, Bedford, IN 47421. We are a retail store located in downtown small town with an online website as well. All orders ship from our store location.

"What are your store hours?"

Currently we are open Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 10am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm.

"I have a gift card and it isn't working!!"

So, as we grow we hope to get a system that "talks" to each other but for right now our storefront system is different than our online platform and we have gift cards options on either.

If the 16 digits are ALL numbers, they are from our store and can be used in store OR you will need to simply let us know the numbers via message (email, instagram or facebook work) or calling the store (812.583.8532) and we will add the balance manually to your online account to use. It's super easy for us to do, just a little more communication needed to do so.

If you have a gift card with a MIX of numbers and letters, that was issued on our online platform and should be easy to redeem both online and in store.

"What can I expect with shipping timeframes?"

All items shown are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days. All orders ship for a flat $6 with FREE shipping on orders over $75. We almost always ship via Priority USPS and everything ships from our storefront in Bedford, Indiana.

"What about returns?"

We have an open return policy for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs of items coming back is the responsibilty of the customer. With exchanges, we will not charge new shipping to send the replacement item back out.

When items are returned for store credit you can expect that to reflect in your account online within 1-2 business days of us receiving the item.

"What about damaged goods?"

We absolutely wish this never happened but sometimes flaws just don't get caught in time. If that happens, just let us know and we will replace the product if we have it or issue a refund.
