We have a 14 day policy for exchange or store credit. Shipping costs of items coming back is the responsibility of the customer. With exchanges, we will not charge new shipping to send the replacement item back out.
When items are returned for store credit you can expect that to reflect in your account online within 1-2 business days of us receiving the item.
